2010 and a big welcome to the Bourne CC site

2009 finished on a high with a successful Awards night at the pavilion- it was great to see a good turn-out with lots of enthusiasm for the forthcoming 2010 season.

At the AGM in December the club elected 3 new captains and we wish them well in their new roles - 1st XI Saturday - Pete Morgan, - 2nd XI Saturday - Matt Pottle, and 2nd XI Sunday - Dirk Binns. We thank David Christmas, Mark Richardson and Matt Creaney for their efforts over the past seasons. We also elected a new Cricket Development Committee which will specifically look after the development and progress of the playing of senior cricket at the club and which will include the development of senior players at the club. More information about this committee will be circulated to all members in due course.

Details of all the junior indoor sessions have been circulated to all 2010 members and the dates appear under CLUB NEWS - if you are interested in playing for the club then please contact Hedley Stroud (hedley.stroud@bournegroup.co.uk) in the first instance.
